Earlier today I uploaded the book at Smashwords, the Kindle store, and in print at Createspace. I woke up extremely early this morning and made some serious headway on the last bits of the manuscript there was to go over. It should be live in the Kindle store tomorrow, probably a couple of more days in print. Give it a couple of weeks before you see it at Barnes & Noble, etc.
